        On March 31st, the Party Committee Secretary and Vice Dean of the International Education College and the International Fashion Technology College, along with staff from the International Student Office, visited the government of Xinchang Township in Changshan County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province for research and investigation. They visited the rose industry park in Guotang Village, the Su Folk House in Shenshan Township, and the Party and Mass Service Center. The delegation was warmly received by the Secretary of the Xinchang Township People's Government Party Committee, the representative of the People's Congress, and the Deputy Township Chief, who provided an overview of Guotang Village's industrial development, village-enterprise cooperation strategies, cultural tourism project construction, and rural revitalization achievements. The delegation was impressed by Guotang Village's leapfrog development in recent years and expressed their willingness to continuously send outstanding international talents to Xinchang Township to contribute to its rural revitalization. They also visited the "Good Morning" study base in Datang Village, where they learned about the village's experience and practices in achieving common prosperity under the leadership of Party building. The delegation was deeply impressed by this spirit of Party building leading to common prosperity and hoped that the school's international students could visit Xinchang to gain a deeper understanding of China's rural revitalization. In the township government conference room, the delegation had a discussion with the township party committee secretary, among others, on plans and specific cooperation content for jointly carrying out international student national education and school-local Party building community construction projects. The delegation stated that they would fully utilize the resources and platform of the national education practice base to provide international students with more in-depth and comprehensive learning and understanding of Chinese culture and socialist system, promote cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries, and contribute to rural revitalization. Local government leaders expressed their willingness to actively provide high-quality resources to help international students grow and develop, and also hoped that through this cooperation, a new platform could be established to inject new vitality into promoting local rural revitalization and tourism development.
