In order to standardize the management of the teaching calendar, the relevant instructions for filling in the teaching calendar for the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year are briefly notified as follows:

1. After logging in the educational administration management system, fill in the teaching calendar of theoretical or practical courses in the column of "Information Maintenance" and "Teaching Calendar Maintenance" (for the specific process, see the Instruction for Teaching Calendar Entry and Use).

2. The teaching week of this semester is 18 weeks in total, and the teaching process is arranged as follows:

1. Students will start classes on March 3, 2021;

2. Make up the first Monday course on March 13, 2021;

3. Make up the first Tuesday course on March 20, 2021;

4. April 4, 2021, Qingming Festival;

May 1, 2021, Labor Day;

June 14, 2021, Dragon Boat Festival;

7. From June 21 to July 2, 2021, students will review for the exam;

On July 3, 2021, the summer vacation begins.

Instructions:

(1) The teaching time shall be arranged according to the class schedule;

(2) Please fill in the teaching calendar according to the teaching week;

(3) In case of any discrepancy between the time of holiday and the school calendar, the pre-holiday notice shall prevail;

(4) For the courses that are not uniformly arranged due to holidays and other reasons, the teacher is requested to borrow the classroom as required and complete the make-up class before June 20, 2021.

Iii. Teachers are requested to log in the school's educational management system during the first week of school (March 1-5) to fill in the teaching calendar of the courses taught. Each school (department) shall complete the centralized review of the teaching calendar for this semester by March 12. After the review is correct, please complete the collection and archiving of the teaching calendar before March 19.
