The entry of course scores for the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year is about to start, and the relevant requirements for course assessment qualification review and score entry are hereby notified as follows:
I. Curriculum assessment qualification review
In accordance with Article 15 of the Implementation Rules of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University General Full-time Undergraduate Student Status Management, teachers should cancel the final assessment qualification of students. Cancellation of student qualification should be handled in the new educational administration system.
Qualification system operation steps of Teachers’ canceling the students’ assessment: Educational administration system - application - cancel the examination qualification application (operation mode: select the academic year term, course, student number after the click query, select the student in the box below, click the confirmation button on the lower right, fill in the reason, click the "apply" button). The teacher should print the cancellation form and submit it to the teaching secretary one week before the course assessment.

2. Score entry
According to the provisions of the teaching management documents of our school, the total score of the course assessment is lower than 60 points or fail or fail to pass, can participate in the make-up examination organized by the school at the beginning of the next semester. General electives, independent experimental courses, and practical courses with scores lower than 60 or failing, failing, cheating in the examination, violating discipline, canceling the examination qualification, or skipping the examination shall not be retaken, and must be retaken. Input method is as follows:
1. Operation interface: New educational administration system - score - score input [teacher];
2. Select the course information to enter the score, click OK;
3. Select the score entry total score system: entry interface upper left corner;
4. Select the grade proportion and grade system:
Select the proportion of grades: Select the proportion of "normal, laboratory, final, etc.", which can be adjusted according to the course situation, but the sum of all items must be 100%, it is recommended that the proportion of normal grades should be 40% or more, tick the left side of the adjusted items, and then click the "Adjust proportion" button below;
Select the grade entry system: click the yellow horizontal menu on the left of the grade entry interface, select the grade entry system according to the course, tick the left side of the adjusted item, and then click the "Adjust grade system" button below. The same course adopts the same score system.
If there is no "final" grade item for the experimental course, after adjusting the proportion and grade system of the sub-item, tick the box in front of [experiment], and then click the button "adjust the proportion" and "Adjust the grade system" below.
5. After setting the above content, the score can be entered:
(1) Online entry: enter the score of the option that the score proportion is not "0" (the score of the percentage system is entered according to the percentage system, do not enter the converted score, such as usually 50%, a classmate 90 points, enter 90, can not enter 45); After entering, the total evaluation column will be calculated automatically.
(2) Score import: there is a "Download template" button in the upper right corner of the score input interface. After filling in the download, click "Import" to upload the score.
6. Save the scores in time (it is recommended to save the scores in the middle of the course with a large number of students). After confirming the scores, click the "Submit" button, which cannot be modified after submission.
(3) Record scores under special circumstances
1. Missed test: For students who missed the test, the remarks column will be recorded as "missed test" when the score is recorded, and the overall assessment will automatically generate the missed test after saving;
2. Violation of discipline and cheating: For students who violate discipline and cheat in the exam, the academic Affairs Office will deal with them in the educational administration management system according to the invigilation records;
3. Delayed examination, waiver, exemption: students enter the educational administration system at the designated time to apply, and the information of students reviewed by the college and approved by the Educational Affairs Office will be automatically displayed on the score entry interface, without the need for teacher input.
Third, score entry time requirements and printing
1. Entry time requirements: General elective courses should complete the score entry before May 19 (13th week Friday); Other courses that are not uniformly arranged by the school shall complete the score entry within one week after the end of the course; The school uniformly arranges the examination courses to complete the score entry within three days after the examination (public basic courses within one week).
If the teacher has special difficulties and cannot complete the score entry on time, he/she shall file with the college in advance, and with the consent of the College, the college shall file with the Academic Affairs Office.
2. The course teacher shall submit the course results and print a copy of the results to the college after confirmation.
3. All departments and departments are requested to do a good job in supervising the entry of scores and reviewing the entry situation.
Fourth, the mistake of boarding results change
1. Individual student grades modified:
1) If an error is found in the registration of the score after the submission of the score, the course teacher shall fill in the paper "Application Form for Change of Score" (the website of the Academic Affairs Office -- Teaching operation -- Download zone -- Application form for Change of score) and submit it to the school.
2) After the approval of the college, the teaching secretary will record it into the educational affairs system, and the path is: grade modification - grade modification management - grade modification [student] (Select "modification" as the correction type, select the correct academic year term, student number and course, and click "Save" and "Submit" buttons at the bottom right after recording the reasons for correction).
3) The school submits the grades for revision, and the academic Affairs Office will review and approve the revised grades and enter them into the grades bank.
2. Revision of the entire class:
1) The course teacher applies for the entry and return of the score in the educational affairs system, the path: application - score submission return application; At the same time, fill in the paper "grade change application form" to the college teaching secretary.
2) College teaching secretary review, path: score management -- score entry setting management -- score submission return review.
3) After the examination by the teaching secretary of the school and the examination by the Academic Affairs Office (the paper application form is submitted to the academic Affairs Office), the score entry permission will be returned to the teacher.
4) The teacher revises the submitted grades.
5. Verification of student scores
Students can check the test results online five days after the test, if there is any doubt about the test results, they must fill in the student results verification application form (Academic Affairs Office webpage - teaching operation - download zone - student results verification form), after the student's college and teaching office record, the school designated by the review and give a conclusion.
